Full Testimony In the night between 30 November and 1 December 1943 Gestapo and the Blue Police arrested the families of general Bernard Stanisław Mond and major Jan Witkowski in Zakliczyn upon the Dunajec River (Brzesko county), including: Helena Mond (born 1897) - general's wife Zofia Korczyńska, Mond - general's sister Zofia Czajkowska, Mond - general's sister Emilia Witkowska, Mond (born 1898) - major Witkowski's wife, Jadwiga Witkowska (born 1924) - major Witkowski's daughter, Zofia Witkowska (born 1931) - major Witkowski's daughter. [...] On 1 December 1943 an escort including Gestapo or German soldiers aided by the Blue Police led a group of 6 women (including one little girl aged 12) through Wałowa street to the ghetto. [...] When the convoy stopped by the building at Widok street, the victims brought there were forced to strip naked with beating and kicking and ordered to lie face down on the ground [...], then the murder was committed - pistol shots at a spot behind the ear. [...] Having committed the murder, Gestapoman Jeck called for the gravediggers to load the bodies and transport them to the Jewish cemetery, where they were buried in a mass grave, which location cannot be precisely identified now.
