Full Testimony	[March 1943] The Jews were gathered in the market. They looked miserable but they weren't screaming - the town was surrounded by the police. Pits were being dug everywhere - machine guns were placed around them. People were sorted: the old ones were shot on the spot (some were still alive when buried), the youths were transported.
