Full Testimony	The chairman of the Jewish community in Parczew paid the SS-Hauptsturmführer and obtained his permission to bury in one grave 165 privates from our column who were executed near Parczew. He also had to sign a document stating that those people [a column of Jewish prisoners of war] froze on the way.
